The actress, who played Chloe Atkinson in Emmerdale, will appear in the final two episodes of the fourth series as receptionist Mel.
"It's my first big TV role since Emmerdale and it's great to be back. It’s very different from working in theatre," she told the Manchester Evening News. "But I'm really excited about it. All the cast are lovely and I play a wonderful character who is great fun to bring to life.
"[Mel] isn't exactly the kind of character you'd expect to be working behind reception in a five-star hotel. She's great fun to play, though."
Nuttall will star opposite Nigel Harman, who replaces Max Beesley in the show.
