The presenter revealed that she decided to quit the Channel 4 programme after producers tried to change the format.
"It was entirely my choice to leave and move on. They told me they were changing the format and I thought, 'I don't think we can do this any better than we already are'," she told heat.
"I haven't watched the latest series yet. I can't bring myself to - it would be like watching an ex-boyfriend with a new girlfriend."
Hambleton-Jones recently confessed that the appointment of Myleene Klass as her successor had felt like a "slap in the face" but insisted that the public have continued to support her.
"I have been totally overwhelmed by the public support, people saying they want me back. They want the credibility back. But I don't think I'd go back now," she added.
10 Years Younger airs on Thursdays at 8pm on Channel 4.
