He was also voted the second sexiest celebrity cook; top honours went to Nigella Lawson.
"Despite Gordon's colourful language, people respond to his passion for cooking and his desire for the customer to have the best," said a spokesman for NZL. "Apart from all the shouting and swearing, what comes through is Gordon's passion about food - and his disbelief at what some cooks serve up."
