The GMTV host admitted that she could not cope with the gruesome trials on ITV1 jungle show I'm A Celebrity... and is not competitive enough to star in Dancing On Ice or Strictly Come Dancing.
"You'll never catch me doing Dancing On Ice, Strictly or I'm A Celebrity," Kelly told Celebs On Sunday magazine. "I have no desire to ice skate or eat a kangaroo's bum.
"I love to watch them, but it's supposed to be good fun and it always gets terribly competitive. Some people, I'll name no names but we all know who they are, they're so serious about it."
The 49-year-old also insisted that she will never be tempted to go under the knife for plastic surgery.
"I don't know what the effects of Botox are, but at the end of the day you're injecting poison into your face," she explained.
"Why would you do that? In my job I've seen so many plastic surgery things go wrong. I think there'll be a time when we look back on Botox and think: 'What were we doing?' Elizabethan women put lead on their faces and now we know they were mad."
