Hammond for new 'Engineering' series

The six new episodes will explore ideas and unconventional technologies hidden deep within the DNA of some of the world's most impressive structures.
Hammond, who was involved in a near-fatal car crash in 2006, currently fronts Total Wipeout on BBC One.
The new series of Engineering Connections will premiere on the National Geographic Channel this autumn in the UK. The last episode of the first series aired on BBC Two on Monday.
