'Deal Or No Deal' has second £250K win
Published Friday, Mar 13 2009, 11:28 GMT | By Alex Fletcher

Alice Mundy struck a deal with the banker for £17,500 halfway through the quiz show, but was offered the chance to gamble it all for the top prize at the show's finale.
Mundy was left with the £250,000 and 1p on the board and was offered the chance to reverse her earlier deal and take on "the ultimate Banker's Gamble".
Earlier in the show, the student said that she would not gamble if there was still 1p on the board. However, Mundy agreed to take the risk and burst into tears when host Noel Edmonds revealed the quarter of a million.
"I'm not going to look back," she said afterwards.
"The distraught Banker, unable to come to terms with such a colossal defeat - particularly at a time when most bankers are feverishly trying to look after the pennies - was last seen fleeing the studios in despair," said a show source. "His current whereabouts are unknown."
The 1,000th episode of Deal Or No Deal will air in two weeks' time.
