According to The Mirror, the Radio 1 DJ has lined up current X Factor judge Walsh and former panellist Osbourne for the opening night of his Channel 4 programme.
"Chris is really pleased with the lineup," said an insider. "They are all big stars. If the show doesn't do well he only has himself to blame."
EastEnders legend Barbara Windsor and producer Mark Ronson are also slated to appear on the Sunday evening show, which will see Moyles pitted against Piers Morgan's Life Stories on ITV1.
Chris Moyles' Quiz Night will debut on March 29.
