Comic Mat Horne confirmed that the Pop Idol champion had filmed a skit for the series, claiming that he gave a "fantastic" performance.
"We do have Will Young in the last sketch of Superman and Spiderman," Horne told This Morning. "He wasn't required to do very much but what he did do was very specific and he brought something different that we didn't write."
Horne also confirmed that Kylie Minogue would be filming a sketch for the series, which broke a BBC Three record with its high viewing figures last week.
"Kylie will also be in one of the sketches that we haven't started yet," he said. "And no, we're not an item, if only it was true!
"We remained friends since working on The Kylie Show for ITV and she's been great and really supportive."
