The special episodes will see stars complete on an extreme obstacle course in Argentina. A brand new 'Champion Of Champions' edition will also air.
The show, presented by Richard Hammond, debuted in the UK earlier this year.
"It’s a pleasure to announce that we’ve secured another two series of Total Wipeout," said BBC controller of entertainment commissioning Mark Linsey.
"The show was a huge hit with our audience and has cemented itself as a key part of our Saturday night entertainment line-up, and further highlights our commitment to offer viewers a varied portfolio of family entertainment shows throughout the year."
The second series is due to premiere this summer.
