American news channel FOX News is facing legal action over its slogan.
The station - which claims to be "fair and balanced" - is being taken to task by Move On, an organisation which believes the broadcaster has a clear Republican bias and should be held "accountable" for it.
The group have put together a documentary called Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch's War on Journalism featuring interviews with seven former FNC employees as well as numerous internal memos.
"[They] describe how, every day, highly partisan talking points are drawn up to influence newscasts," said Move On at its official website. "We'll use this movie to launch a campaign to 'out' Fox News -- making sure everyone in the country knows the network is stumping for the Republican agenda."
Move On is planning to announce two major legal actions against FOX at a press conference on Monday, which will conclude with the delivery of papers to the channel's New York studios.
