Fern Britton 'accepts job with BBC'

The presenter is said to have been offered a role on a light entertainment show for the broadcaster and The Sun reports that she has accepted the position.
Britton has also pulled out of this year's ITV British Soap Awards and insiders told the newspaper that "no-one was surprised" by her decision.
A source said: "Would you want to stand next to someone when they're getting paid twice as much?"
Britton yesterday rejected claims of a rift with co-host Phillip Schofield and described such suggestions as "b*llocks".
