Piers Morgan has insisted that Chris Moyles has little chance of triumphing in their Sunday night ratings battle.
The former tabloid editor's ITV1 chatshow Piers Morgan's Life Stories is currently going head-to-head with Chris Moyles' Quiz Night on Channel 4 each weekend.
In their most recent schedule clash, Morgan attracted just 3.9m viewers - his worst performance so far. Meanwhile, Moyles saw his audience rise by 500,000 to 1.9m.
However, speaking to the Daily Star, Morgan claimed: "Moyles still has a bigger mountain than Kilimanjaro to climb before he beats me."
The broadcasters started feuding last year when Moyles described the Britain's Got Talent judge as "deluded". Morgan later responded by labelling his rival "podgy" and "cowardly".
