The series, comprised of six half-hour episodes, will be filmed in West Yorkshire.
Admin, also made up of six half-hour shows, is set in the post room of a solicitors' office in Manchester and follows a group of young employees and their attempts to avoid work.
"These regional productions will be an exciting addition to BBC Three's comedy lineup," said Rebecca Papworth, executive producer of comedy commissioning.
"Both commissions are great examples of the channel's commitment to producing innovative comedy from new and emerging talent."
