The Agent Provocateur pin-up will apparently be filmed among the G20 protesters this week before sharing her opinions on climate change for the series, according to the Daily Mail.
Lowe, 20, said: "A lot of people don't understand who I am just looking at photos of me, but they'll get a better idea of what I'm about with this show. I'm spiritual and up for saving the world."
It is believed that filming will take place all over the globe for the observational documentary.
A MTV spokesperson confirmed the project but said that it was in its "early stages", adding: "We're very excited that Daisy has given MTV access to film her."
