'Shooting Stars' returns for full series
Published Friday, Apr 3 2009, 11:30 BST | By Dan French

The show will return for a full series following the success of a one-off special last Christmas.
The new series, which will be hosted by Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer, will see Celebrity Big Brother winner Ulrika Johnson return as head of one of the teams.
Comedian Jack Dee will become captain of the opposite team after his debut on the Christmas special.
“We’re really looking forward to it," said Mortimer of the recommission. "Jack is going to be a great headmaster and Ulrika is as game as ever so it should be a very pleasant evening’s journey.
"We have a new attitude and new rounds and this series will feature a secret weapon which will assist us in re-inventing the panel show again, just as Shooting Stars originally did.”
Shooting Stars ended its five-year run in December 2002.
