'X Factor', 'Big Brother' scoop DS Reality Awards
The X Factor and Big Brother were the big winners at the inaugural Digital Spy Reality TV Awards 2009.

The singing contest took home prizes for best judge (Cheryl Cole), most memorable moment (Alexandra Burke duetting with Beyoncé), most memorable exit (Laura White) and best reality TV series.

Big Brother's Davina McCall scooped the gong for best host, while former housemates Dale Howard and Rex Newmark took home honours for sexiest male and love-to-hate contestant respectively.

McCall was also handed the reality legend award, while the late Jade Goody was named the ultimate reality TV star.

King Of The Jungle Joe Swash was a double winner, picking up prizes for best winner and favourite celebrity contestant, while Britain's Got Talent youngster George Sampson was named favourite reality contestant.

Other winners included Rachel Stevens, who scooped the sexiest female award for her stint on Strictly Come Dancing, and American Idol, which was voted the favourite international reality series.
