Phil Spencer for Channel 4's 'Down Under'

Channel 4 has commissioned a new property series fronted by Phil Spencer, it is announced.

The four-episode series, titled Relocation: Phil Down Under sees the property guru check out homes, jobs and culture in Australia.

Spencer, who is married to Melbourne-born Abigail Moore, will be seen searching for the perfect Australian home for four British families.

The show also sees Kirstie Allsopp's Relocation, Relocation partner trying out life as a fisherman and finding out what it takes to set up a vineyard.
