1.6m tune in for 'Heroes' finale

1.59m (7.7%) tuned in at 9.45pm for the third season finale, while the penultimate episode gathered 1.3m (5.8%) at 9pm. The Heroes double bill was beaten by BBC One's Ashes To Ashes, which took 5.37m (24%) during the 9pm hour.
Over on ITV1, Cops With Cameras was seen by 3.7m (16.5%), while new Channel 4 series Find Me A Family, which follows three households as they attempt to find homes for children, interested 1.37m (6.1%).
Five's romantic drama Angel Eyes, starring Jennifer Lopez, grabbed 850k (4.3%) between 9pm and 11pm.
Earlier, at 8pm, Property Watch had 1.69m (7.7%) for BBC Two, and Five's The Gadget Show, which guest starred Katie Melua, was seen by 978k (4.5%).
Channel 4's Dispatches: Lost In Care, an in-depth look at lengthy adoption waiting lists, grabbed 950k (4.3%).
Panorama delivered 2.18m (9.7%) for BBC One between 8.30pm and 9pm, while ITV1's half-hour Make My Kids Happy: Tonight drew 2.79m (13.1%) at 8pm.
Overall, ITV1 came top during primetime with an average share of 23.3% to BBC One's 22.9%. BBC Two was third with 7.2%, followed by Channel 4 with 4.9% (+1: 0.8%) and Five's 3.6%.
Elsewhere, the new episode of 24 took 465k (2.3%) for Sky1 at 9pm, while 90210 managed a lowly 210k (1%) for E4.
A new series of BBC Three's Ideal opened to 418k (3.1%) at 10.30pm.
