The programme, from Endemol company Cheetah Television, will again include celebrities who need a "make-under", in addition to Britons abroad who want a change to their holiday style.
Participants in the 12-part series, hosted by Jenny Frost, will face the Personal Overhaul Device (POD), which will dispense barbs and fashion advice. Meanwhile, two specials will take a look at a wedding party and prom night.
Executive producer Gill Wilson said: "The show was an incredible success last series so we're extremely excited about taking the format forward."
Celebrities who appeared on the second series of the show included model Jodie Marsh and former Celebrity Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton.
