BBC bans stars from sexy photo shoots

The BBC have banned their female stars from posing for sexy photo shoots, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Bosses at the BBC were apparently outraged after Holby City stars Jaye Jacobs and Kelly Adams - who play nurses Donna Jackson and Mickie Hendrie on the show - were shown kissing and cuddling in a photo shoot.
The BBC's actresses have now been banned from appearing in lads magazines, and there has also been a clampdown on bikini and lingerie photo shoots.
"The powers that be felt that the good name of the BBC was being tarnished by these kind of photo shoots," a source told the newspaper.
However, another insider complained about the new rules:
"It's typical of the BBC - they want racier storylines to attract more viewers - yet when their actresses play up to this sexier image they suddenly become very prudish."
