'America's Got Talent' nabs 1.3m for ITV2

The latest auditions show averaged 1.2m (6.5%) between 9pm and 11pm on Friday, with a further 108k (0.8%) watching on timeshift. The new season launched on the channel the night before with 1m.
Documentary The Apprentice - Why I Fired Them, during which Sir Alan Sugar explained his reasons for firing this series' candidates, averaged 3.57m (16.1%) for BBC One between 8.30pm and 9.30pm. Have I Got News For You followed with 5.06m (22.7%).
The latest episode of Big Brother pulled in 2.73m (12.3%) for Channel 4 in the 9pm hour, with 265k (1.6%) watching on timeshift. It was beaten by a rerun of Doc Martin, which managed 4.07m (18.4%) for ITV1 at the same time.
Five's NCIS took 1.47m (6.6%) and BBC Two's poetry doc My Life In Verse: Robert Webb interested 720k (3.2%).
At 8pm, Gardeners' World brought in 2.06m (9.4%) to BBC Two, while Channel 4's A Place In The Sun: Home Or Away notched up 1.15m (5.3%). Five's Police Interceptors appealed to 924k (4.2%) and on ITV1, a Tonight report on the problems of owning property abroad averaged 3m (14.1%) until 8.30pm.
BBC One just pipped ITV1 in primetime, with an overall share of 22.3% to its rival's 22.1%. Channel 4 was third with 7.6% (+1: 0.8%), followed by BBC Two with 5.6% and Five with 4.8%.
