Sky1 to air Girls Aloud, Madonna tours

Sky1 has announced that it will air Girls Aloud's 'Out Of Control' tour this summer, as well as 'Madonna: Sticky And Sweet'.

The two tours will be broadcast on Sky1 in July and on Sky1 HD in August.

"I wanted to give something special to our customers and what better gift than to spend a fantastic night with two of the world’s biggest music stars, Madonna and Girls Aloud, live in your living room, in high definition?" said Sky's Stuart Murphy.

"HD will make audiences feel like they’re literally there with them. It’s fantastic, event television that only Sky1 can offer and both shows are sure to set temperatures soaring this summer."
