Peter Kaye, 31, says that he may give up comedy because he is afraid that it may be the death of him. His recent 180 gig tour, Mum Wants a Bungalow, left the funnyman exhausted.
Kaye points out: "It must take its toll. I don't want to be dropping dead of a bloody heart attack.
"You look at the people you love, like Les Dawson and Eric Morecambe, and you think 'Jesus, why did they do that to themselves?' They didn't have the confidence to say No."
However, Kaye insists that he does want to make a third series of Phoenix Nights, so hopefully he shall be entertaining us for a while yet.
