The Britain's Got Talent judge starred as catty hairdresser Mia Bevan on BBC drama Cutting It from 2002 to 2004, before later accepting a role as nice girl Sarah Trevanion on ITV1's Wild At Heart.
In an interview with Take 5, she explained: "It's great playing bitches. When I started Wild At Heart it was so difficult being nice all the time. It's better being a bitch - and you get better clothes."
In April, Holden admitted that she was keen to star on Coronation Street as a "snooty southern bitch" who would rival shopkeeper Rita Sullivan (Barbara Knox).
The TV personality recently signed a £250,000 deal to be a UK correspondent for The Early Show in the US.
