Simon Cowell thinks that his days judging TV talent shows are numbered.
To date, the record exec has appeared in two series of Pop Idol, one series of X Factor and three series of American Idol. He has already committed himself to a further two runs of American Idol and one more Pop Idol - but doesn't expect to do much more beyond that.
"I really can't see myself doing this for much longer because, to be truthful, the public will get bored of me," he said.
"I don't think that time is too far away either. I've enjoyed every minute, but I haven't for one moment thought of myself as a telly star, and I never would."
