Reports emerged yesterday which suggested that the 24-year-old had agreed to let cameras follow her day-to-day life in the lead-up to her wedding to fiancé Luke Worrall.
However, writing on her Twitter account, Osbourne said: "luke and i are not doing a reality show for MTV! we only participated in 1 episode of there new series ' In 24 hours"!!! (sic)"
She later clarified: "MTV has asked us on several occasions to do a new show for them but we respectfully declined!"
The star recently claimed that she is considering having surgery on her breasts.
