Supermodel Jordan is to launch her pop career by performing a version of Nat "King" Cole's When I Fall In Love on Westlife's Christmas special.

The Sun reports that Jordan will be joined by a 41-piece orchestra in her rendition of crooner Nat "King" Cole's hit. She has been undergoing vocal training since March.

The show, produced by Simon Cowell's company, Syco, will feature Jordan and three other celebrities singing live on the special, which will be aired on December 11th.

Cowell has been anxious to break the model into music since her appearance on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, though Westlife were sceptical about his decision to begin with. Ananaova quotes an insider as saying: "Westlife needed convincing when they learned she was to be on the show.

"They didn't want to be embarrassed by a second-rate performance.

"But Jordan really delivers. She sings live, solo, and she's amazing."
