The live daily talk show, which has recently been handed a second season order, will begin airing in the UK Monday, September 7.
"Alexa has proven to be a huge success in the US, and it’s a great coup to bring the show over here to the UK," said MTV's Heather Jones. "The wide range of celebrity guests and music is sure to attract the UK audience and continue this success."
In the UK, MTV will air 19 stripped episodes of the show every Monday to Thursday at 4pm, three weeks behind the US transmission.
The second series of It's On With Alexa Chung will begin production in October.
