Farmer Wants A Wife, which aired during the 9pm hour, came last during its timeslot. Earlier on Five, a repeat of World War One In Colour pulled in 691k (3.2%) at 8pm.
Live From Studio Five continued to drop, averaging 370k (2.1%) between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Over on BBC One, Trawlermen logged 3.37m (15.6%) during the 8pm hour, then 2.85m (13.2%) tuned in at 9pm for Swine Flu: Everything You Need To Know.
A double bill of Masterchef: The Professionals took 2.5m (11.8%) and 2.73m (12.3%) at 8pm and 8.45pm respectively for BBC Two, then Dragons' Den Online debuted to 1.57m (7.5%) between 9.30pm and 10pm.
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer's Location, Location, Location managed 2.67m (12.4%) for Channel 4 during the 8pm hour, then the return of The Secret Millionaire drew 2.84m (13.2%) during the 9pm hour.
ITV1's live coverage of Liverpool's game against Debreceni VSC averaged 4.3m (20.3%) between 7.30pm and 10pm.
Overall, ITV1 came top during primetime with an average share of 19.9% to BBC One's 17.4%. BBC Two was third with 10.3%, followed by Channel 4 with 9.2% (+1: 0.9%) and Five's 3.3%.
Elsewhere, 174k (0.9%) tuned in for the return of Project Runway on Sky1.
