Rejected Popstar Darius Danesh, 28, could soon find himself with a record deal.
According to the Daily Record, Polydor Records want the singer to audition for a new all-Scottish boyband they are putting together.
Several auditions for the new band have already been held, and three possible members have been decided. Iain McDonald, auditioner, said: "We are thinking about doing another set of auditions. Darius is certainly of interest to us. We'd like to get in contact with him."
Darius told the newspaper, "I want to build a career that will last. My idol is Madonna. I see myself more as an Elton John, Robbie Williams person."
