'Criminal Justice' bows out to 4.4m

The final episode of the Maxine Peake-fronted drama was down slightly from Monday's opener, which drew 4.44m (18.9%), but topped Thursday's series low of 4.22m (18.4%). The legal drama was seen by an average of 4.41m (19%) over the week.
Justice was beaten in the 9pm hour by ITV1's Benidorm, which logged 5.46m (23.5%) with its second episode.
Also at 9pm, Autumnwatch put in 1.74m (8.8%) for BBC Two, 1.74m (7.5%) watched Channel 4's Rude Tube and Five's NCIS repeat interested 1.18m (5.1%).
Mastermind and Gardeners' World attracted 2.17m (9.6%) and 2.09m (9%) for BBC Two at 8pm and 8.30pm respectively, while Channel 4's 8pm hour - made up of a Jamie At Home repeat and the final instalment of The Big Food Fight - managed 1m (4.4%) and 580k (2.5%).
Five's Brighton Beach averaged 1.1m (4.8%) across the hour, 3.59m (15.6%) watched A Question Of Sport at 8.30pm on BBC One, and ITV1's Winning The Lottery - Dream Or Nightmare? Tonight drew 3.42m (15.1%) between 8pm and 8.30pm.
Overall, ITV1 came top during primetime with an average share of 25% to BBC One's 21.4%. BBC Two was third with 8.6%, followed by Channel 4 with 5.2% (+1: 0.9%) and Five's 4%.
Elsewhere, FX's premiere of the US version of Life On Mars had just 157k (0.9%) in the 10pm hour.
