The reality dance series, which will be judged by Jackson's brother Jermaine, was confirmed earlier this month.
Throughout the series, the panel will search for Britain's most talented and original dancers who have the spirit, showmanship and technical ability of the late singer.
The winner of the show will then perform at Jackson's official tribute concert next June alongside acts including Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige and Akon.
Auditions for the competition are taking place across the country this month and the six-part series will be stripped across one week later in the year.
