League will set two teams of comedians, celebrity sports fans and major league sports stars against each other to see who has the most in-depth sporting knowledge.
"We're really excited to have James Corden, Jamie Redknapp and Stuart Broad bringing their sporting and comedic prowess to such a great production," said commissioning editor Duncan Gray.
A League Of Their Own will air on Sky1 later this year.
