Turner will be seen making a guest appearance on Holmes's new BBC One NI entertainment programme The Friday Show tomorrow, The Mirror reports.
She commented: "Being back on the sofa with Eamonn seems like the easiest thing in the entire world."
Meanwhile, Holmes confirmed: "We have put the past behind us. It is nice that we are at a stage in our lives when we can finally do just that."
The pair hosted GMTV together from 1994 to 1996. However, their working relationship was said to be frosty, leading to Holmes branding his colleague "Princess Tippy Toes" in an interview.
Turner's reunion with Holmes was reportedly met with cheers when The Friday Show was recorded this week.
