The X Factor judge will receive £100,000 for hosting the one-off programme on Saturday, December 19, The Sun claims.
Cheryl Cole's Night In is to feature a duet between the Girls Aloud star and Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am.
Other celebrities set to make an appearance include Rihanna and Alexandra Burke.
Cole said: "I couldn't be happier ITV asked me to do my own show."
