Guests will include her sitcom co-stars Joanna Page and James Corden, Dr Who writer Russell T. Davies and opera singer Katherine Jenkins.
The programme will apparently also feature roving reporter segments with Jones's Gavin & Stacey character Nessa.
"It was a bit like the Charlotte Church Show," said an audience member. "Everyone was in stitches when they saw Nessa as the roving reporter. It worked really well."
Gavin & Stacey returns on Thursday at 9pm on BBC One.
