Collins, whose previous television credits include ITV2's The Justin Collins Show and Channel 4's The Sunday Night Project, was recently unveiled as the new face of Five.
Heads Or Tails, his first gameshow for the channel, will be screened across 11 consecutive nights in December with contestants competing to win £1 million on the toss of a coin.
A celebrity special featuring Denise Van Outen and Coronation Street's John Thomson is also planned, with any money won going to their chosen charities.
"I'm hugely excited that we'll be showing Justin Lee Collins's first Five show this Christmas," said channel head Richard Wolfe.
"Heads Or Tails is a completely absorbing and unashamedly feel-good gameshow which will have all the family playing along at home."
