Richard and Judy to quit ITV?

Daytime television hosts Richard and Judy are set to quit ITV and defect to either the BBC or Sky, it has emerged today.
According to a report in the Sunday People, the husband and wife team could leave because they are "not loved enough" at ITV. They are said to be considering diverting to a rival network when their contract expires in July.
One source said: "Richard and Judy are unhappy. They just don't feel loved and appreciated enough where they are. They are putting out quiet feelers that they are ready for a move. They've been doing good work for ITV but not getting enough back.
"They don't feel that enough fuss has been made of them, not enough to match their importance. So their feeling is, 'Forget it, we'll go elsewhere'. They have been having exploratory chats to find out what the position is with other channels."
A Sky insider said: "ITV is taking them for granted and has not invested the time or effort which their leading presenters deserve."
A BBC spokesman said: "We've made no approaches to Richard and Judy. We would, of course, always be interested in talking to top talent."
A spokesman for Granada said: "This Morning is better than ever before and there are absolutely no plans for Richard and Judy to leave."
Richard said: "We are in negotiations with ITV over our contract."
