Five are planning to air a documentary about Catherine Zeta Jones's private life.
The show will feature interviews with former friends of the star, who sued Hello! magazine for publishing photographs of her wedding to Michael Douglas.
An insider told The Sun, "Catherine probably won't like all the content - some is a little embarrassing."
The show will air in the spring.
