This week's episode of Wife Swap will see the two wives almost come to blows, The People claims today.
Tensions run high at the end of the episode when Penny Roberts throws a glass of water over the woman who has been staying in her house, Penny Blythe.
Blythe admits earlier on in the episode that she hardly ever sees her two-year-old son, and that image is the most important aspect of her life. Roberts, meanwhile, is a stay-at-home mum, who doesn't agree with Blythe's lifestyle.
The show's camera crew are forced to step in and restrain Blythe, as Roberts shouts, "You stuck up cow, take your face off and stop hiding behind it," the newspaper claims.
The wives continue to shout insults at each other, as Blythe is prevented from chasing Roberts around the room.
Wife Swap airs on Channel 4 on Wednesday at 9pm.
