The presenter is now keen to focus on more serious projects like Stars in their Eyes, which she has fronted since Matthew Kelly quit last year.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank the CD:UK team and all the viewers that have watched, supported the show and let me gate crash their Saturday morning," Deeley said in a statement.
"I have had a great few years, met some incredible people and been given some wonderful opportunities. While obviously I am really sad to say goodbye, I am immensely excited about the future."
Deeley will front her last show on March 5. Guest presenters will then take over until a permanent replacement is found.
