The rapper was apparently won over by how "real" the series is when he watched it in a London hotel room last year.
"I just thought it was a very real show, with real people," he told The Sun. "The US like to portray the English as all drinking tea and speaking like the Queen, but this was real. It was really funny as well.
"I won't pretend I understood all the English humour, but I got more than enough to know its writers know their game."
He continued: "I was laughing out loud in my hotel room watching a show that I had never heard of. I have bought the DVDs since I've been back in the US and I'd be up for doing a cameo.
"I am sure their writers could dream up some bad ass character for me."
50 Cent recently said that he wants to sign Jamelia to his US record label G-Unit.
