Between January 21 and February 6, the Bristol-based house will open its doors to fans of the show and will feature appearances and DJ sets by various artists.
Hadouken!, Plan B, Example, I Blame Coco, Two Door Cinema Club, Subfocus, Daisy Dares You, Alex Metric, Pulled Apart By Horses and Mystery Jets are among the acts confirmed across the 16-night marathon.
NME Radio will be covering the events, which will also include performances by new acts including Ou Est Le Swimming Pool, Crystal Fighters, Does It Offend You Yeah? and Goldhawks.
Tickets are free and are available via the E4 website from Friday, January 8.
Skins returns for its fourth series later this month.
