The former Steps singer, who competed in the 2007 edition of Celebrity Big Brother, will appear in the second episode of the series.
Watkins will play Graham, a hairdresser who works in Jenna Fitch's salon. He is said to have shot a "small scene" which will play out during an episode which focuses on lesbian twin Emily.
Watkins's appearance is scheduled to air Thursday, February 4 at 10pm on E4.
