McGuinness: 'I'd love more Max & Paddy'

Comic Paddy McGuinness has said that he would love to work on another series of Max & Paddy's Road To Nowhere.

McGuinness co-starred with Peter Kay in the Phoenix Nights spinoff in 2004, but the duo only made one series.

Speaking about a possible comeback, he told The Sun: "We wrote some stuff for Max & Paddy for Christmas specials. But what people don't realise with telly is, when you're doing a series it's 12 months out of your life.

"We always talk about it, me and Pete, we love those characters and would love to do it again. You can never say never."

McGuinness is currently working on ITV1 dating show Take Me Out.
