'Skins' maintains strong ratings

The latest episode, which focused on Kathryn Prescott's character Emily Fitch, drew 842k (4.7%) for E4 during the 10pm hour, with a further 120k (1.2%) tuning in on timeshift.
It beat ITV2's Secret Diary of a Call Girl, which logged 492k (2.5%) over the same period.
Also on the multichannel stations last night, Nicola Roberts: The Truth About Tanning managed 448k (1.8%) for BBC Three at 9pm, and the best bits of What Katie Did Next took 499k (2.1%) for ITV2 over the same hour.
Elsewhere, Material Girl drew 2.36m (9.8%) for BBC One at 8pm, then the audience climbed to 5.69m (23.5%) during the 9pm screening of Silent Witness.

The Bill averaged 3.95m (16.3%) for ITV1 at 9pm.
Channel 4's My Dream Farm managed 1.2m (5%) during the 8pm hour, then 1.79m (7.4%) tuned in for documentary Eight Boys And Wanting A Girl at 9pm.
Build A New Life In The Country and Extreme Fishing With Robson Green had 1.05m (4.4%) and 1.39m (5.8%) for Five at 8pm and 9pm respectively.
Overall, ITV1 edged primetime with an average share of 22.9% to BBC One's 22.2%. BBC Two was third with 7.1%, followed by Channel 4 with 6.1% (+1: 0.9%) and Five's 3.8%.
