Rivalry between 'GMTV' presenters?
GMTV presenter Andrew Castle has spoken of his intentions to replace Eamonn Holmes.

When Holmes announced that he would be leaving the show last month, GMTV said that his hosting duties will be shared between Castle and Ben Shephard, who is also an existing presenter.

However, Castle thinks that he should be the main male presenter following Eamonn's departure.

He told The Mirror, "Do I want to be number two or three when I can be number one? Of course I don't. You earn respect with your work, and if the bosses think I've earned enough it will be me."

"I've actually been doing more days on GMTV than Eamonn for the last three years," he added.

An insider told the newspaper, "This could get messy."
