ITV has been forced to delay the start of its high-profile replacement for Trisha.
The People's Court, fronted by Carol Smillie, was due to take over the 9.25am slot on ITV1 from Monday, April 11.
According to the Media Guardian, the broadcaster has now decided to postpone the launch date by "at least a week" following technical delays.
Repeats of Trisha will continue to air in the slot until the show is ready to air. Five, who were due to bring Trisha's new talker to compete in the slot on April 11, will temporarily push it back to 10.30am to avoid a clash.
