The actress has been fronting daytime show Angela and Friends on the entertainment channel since November.
Discussing the talk programme in an interview with The People, Griffin commented: "It takes a long time for people to get used to a new show. I am loving being on Sky though and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.
"I certainly haven't got my sights set on hosting big shows like The X Factor. I am happy here with smaller viewing numbers. I wouldn't cope with ten million people watching and criticising my presenting skills."
Of the show's drawbacks, she said: "The only downside is that now I have put myself out there with my opinions, it means people have opinions on me.
"I was looking at myself on the internet the other day and someone had written a horrible comment. I decided then and there that I would never Google myself again."
