'Operastar' voting stats revealed

Darius Campbell triumphed by only 0.25% of the public vote in last week's Popstar To Operastar final, it has been revealed.

Finalist Bernie Nolan topped the poll in four weeks of the competition, taking nearly half the vote (47.8%) in the semi-final. Campbell topped the voting in the first week and last week.

Marcella Detroit was only 3.1% behind Campbell in the semi-final voting when she was eliminated with soap star Kym Marsh.

Saturdays singer Vanessa White only survived the first week vote by 0.1%, when Blur bassist Alex James was sent home by the public.

Bernie Nolan: 25.3%
Darius Campbell: 24.0%
Kym Marsh: 24.0%
Marcella Detroit: 15.1%
Danny Jones: 11.6%



Semi-Final

Bernie Nolan: 47.8%
Darius Campbell: 20.9%
Marcella Detroit: 17.8%
Kym Marsh: 13.5%





The Final

Darius Cambell: 50.1%
Bernie Nolan: 49.9%
